CONSIGNMENT APPLICATION

I, the undersigned consignor, hereby propose to consign the vehicle described below to the TOWE AUTO MUSEUM for the sole purpose of selling it and paying to me or my designee, the "Net Proceeds" as determined under the terms and conditions of this agreement. I agree to pay $250 upon delivery of the vehicle for Museum services and one Internet listing. A 10% sales commission (or a minimum of $750) will be deducted from the selling price after receipt of payment from the buyer.
