Model T centennial event at Towe Auto Museum
to celebrate the car that put the world on wheels

   September 12 – 14, 2008 --- Sacramento, California.

  The Towe Auto Museum is proud to host “Mr. Ford’s Legendary Model T:   Car of the Century,” commemorating Tin Lizzie’s 100^th anniversary. The   opening weekend will celebrate the historical, technological and legendary   importance of the Model T Ford. Friday evening, enjoy a VIP reception celebrating the first 100 years of the Model T and official opening of the Museum’s Centennial Exhibit. Saturday events will include a variety of presentations by historical and technical speakers, seminars, demonstrations, films and activities. 

Saturday night experience an era fashion show and special entertainment along with a catered banquet. Close the special weekend with Model T games (gymkhana) and river delta tours including historic, Victorian homes and lunch at a local winery on Sunday. The Model T Centennial Exhibit will continue through December 2008.
